Effects of Agricultural Land Uses on Water-Stable Aggregate Distribution and Organic Carbon in anAquatic Soil in the Northern China Plain
Soil aggregates and organic carbon are considered to be important indicators of soil quality. The objective of this study was to determine agricultural land-use effects on water-stable aggregate (WSA) distribution and organic carbon fractions associated with aggregate-size fractions. Surface bulk soil samples (0-20) were collected from crop field with wheat-maize rotation (CF), greenhouse vegetable cultivation(GV), orchard field (OF) and clover cultivation (CC)in Yucheng, Shangdong Proince of Northern China.
