摘要：

Human flesh search engine is rapidly developing, and leading to strong social effects. The article conducts a systematic analysis on the human flesh search, describes the working principle and characteristics of human flesh search, analyzes privacy issues raised by human flesh search, and criticizes legally human flesh search from the perspective of privacy , finally puts forward a number of insights and ideas combining of these problems.
