The efficiencies of various types of firms
There exist various types of firms all over the world and different types of firms give rise to different decisions in economic field. It is therefore extremely important to investigate the forms of the business in detail. In this paper, two typical businesses, corporations with individual decisions (CIDs) and corporations with multi-person decisions (CMDs), are characterized and the efficiencies of these two types of corporations are compared. By game theory approaches, we figure out that the CIDs have higher efficiency than corporations with multi-person decisions under the same conditions. In essence, Stackelberg games and multi-leader-follower games are compared in the efficient aspect in this paper.
