Application Design of Community Property Management System based on Delphi
With the improvement of peoples living standard, it has not already been any something new to live in the district. And the estate management in the district moves to maturity from a new developing trade gradually. The property administrative system of the district is a typical information management system, it develops two respects of main development including setting-up and maintenance and front application program of backstage supporters database. Demand to set up the consistency of the data and integrality the storehouse of strong, data with good security to the former. Require to the latter the function of the application program is complete, apt characteristic of using etc. During the design process of the Microsoft Office Access 2003 databases, Delphi application design, Delphi database technology to conduct a more in-depth study and application, mainly to complete the residential property management system, requirements analysis, functional module division, database modeling, and thus designed the database structure and applications. Implements new and old tenants move out and pay the cost function.
