Research on Contents、 Process and Tactics of Enterprise Social Networks Evolution
This paper defines the meaning of enterprise social networks, and points out its importance. It also analyzes the elements and constructs a process model of enterprise social networks. Meanwhile, it proposes a macro-process which evolved comprehensive characterization of micro-content. Based on some constraints analysis of social network evolution, it discusses the evolutionary tactics.
