Research on development status of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation engineering

摘要：

According to statistics, nearly 50 years, each year the direct economic losses of our country caused by natural disasters reachs about 4％ of the GNP. The impact of natural disasters has become a constraint factor to Chinas economic development and social security, to improve the comprehensive capacity of Chinas disaster prevention and mitigation relying on scientific and technological progress has become imperative.
