Research on Development and Application of Tele-medicine

摘要：

This paper mainly studies the development and related fields of Tele-medicine, and then points out the prospects for it. Finally, we put forward a complete and feasible set of applications for Tele-medicine-a design of portable monitoring system for human physiological parameters.
