Research on Coupling Coordination Degree Model of Strategic Alliance Enterprises

摘要：

Based on the viewpoints of synergistic theory and the concept of coupling, this paper establishes coupling degree model of interaction between enterprises of strategic alliance. Furthermore, it puts forward coupling coordination degree model which includes efficacy function, coupling degree function, coupling coordination degree function. This paper also establishes and analyses indicator system of enterprises relationship on the basis of the example, analyses the development and change of the coupling between strategic alliance enterprises, and provides quantitative decision-making basis in order to maintain and improve partnership. Finally, it proposes some suggestions for the future research.
