The Evaluation Method of University Management Structure based on Entropy Model
Entropy evaluation model has been proven to be a very useful tool in understanding the order degree (OD) of organization structure and has been applied in military affairs, agro-forestry. The model has been applied for evaluating OD on a teaching system, an important offshoot of university management system. No studies, however, have been devoted to access the OD in a university management system and to improve the OD of the system using the efficient method. The present study has made perhaps the first effort in these two aspects. The results of the study are reported.
