Teaching Information Construction on New University includes teaching information environment, resources and organization construction and so on, in the current information technology, there are still various contradictions and problems that hinder the development pace of teaching of teaching information and reform, thus, the new University need new ideas, raise awareness, build and improve the content of teaching information systems, approaches and strategies.
