Optimization of Bionics Knee Joint Mechanism Structure
In order to have a better quality performance of motion, the transmission angle of bionics knee joint is optimized. Firstly, the structure of the human knee is analyzed with consideration of the skeletal muscle and bone as slider-crank mechanism; secondly, the structure and mathematic model of the bionics knee joint is built; thirdly, the independent parameters and the working stroke minimum transmission angle formula of slider-crank mechanisms are determined by investigating the geometrical relations and the working stroke transmission angle of slider-crank mechanisms. A useful method is provided in order to improve the effective force transmission performance of slider-crank mechanism during conceptual design.
