A Combined Evaluation Model Based on the Cone Ratio DEA Model

摘要：

It proposed a new combined evaluation model in this paper. Firstly, some different single evaluation methods were chosen to evaluate the objects from different angles; secondly, a cone ratio DEA model was built up based on the decision-makers preference, it took the evaluation indexes system as inputs, the evaluation results of all single evaluation methods as outputs; finally, a crossover evaluation model was proposed to carry out the combined evaluation. The model proposed in this paper takes into account the decision-makers preference and the objects willingnesses simultaneously, its an effective combined evaluation model.
