Delay-dependent stability criteria for delayed cellular neural networks
Sufficient conditions are presented for the global exponential stability of the equilibrium point of a class of neural networks with delays. By dividing the variation interval of the time delay into four subintervals with equal length, new conditions are obtained based on time-varying delays. Because a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is introduced and some free-weighting matrices are involved, the obtained results are less conservative.
