Industrial cluster innovation from the perspective of complexity science management

摘要：

This paper analyzes the complexity of industrial innovation and elaborates the mechanism of industrial innovation based on theory of complexity science management, and argues that random fluctuation is the incentive for innovation; self-organizing learning is the prerequisite to innovation, and the integration of new resources is an important way to improve innovation ability. The paper also discusses macro and micro mechanisms of evolution of industrial cluster.
