Finite Element Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Rotor System for Large-scale Motor
Rotor system is an important device of petrochemical equipment units. The dynamic models of rotor system are using finite element analysis to solve the problem of serious vibration of rotor system for large-scale motors. With considering of nonlinear of bearing supporting stiffness and damping change with the rotation, the critical speed and steady unbalanced response are studied. The effect of unbalanced distribution on vibration characteristics for rotor system is analyzed. The major factors affecting on dynamic characteristics of rotor system are employed. The results offer theoretical direction of fault diagnosis and exclusion for rotor-bearing system.
