The Dilemma and Countermeasures of incremental assignment of network traffic flow
An example shows that There is a dilemma in incremental assignment of network traffic flow, whose reason is that method only considers the personal ration but does not consider the negative impact of their choice on others , result in personal ration but causing collective irration. To achieve collective ration, an authority agent should be existing to coordinate and arrange the most effective distribution of traffic flow for natural equilibrium, rather than individual freely choosing the path.
