Silt Clays Dynamical Characteristic Research through Dynamic Tri-axial Numerical Simulation Method

In this thesis, the dynamic tri-axial instrument of DTC-306 made in Japan is used to make some cyclic tri-axial test of silt clay under dynamical loading by load control. On the basis of various parameters and data offered by the test, utilize finite element procedure ABAQUS to set up the three-dimensional finite element model of the dynamic tri-axial specimen, simulate the dynamical deformation behavior of silt clay under cyclic load .Through some contrast analysis to the cyclic tri-axial test relation data, the reliability of the model is validated. Then it is researched that the relationship between dynamic plastic deformation and the influence factors such as the cyclic loads magnitude, the confining pressure, the frequency and different load wave.
