Sensitivity Analysis and Parameter Optimization of the Elevator Mechanical System in the Vertical Direction
The research object of this article is the elevator whose ratio of traction load is 2:1. Based on the object, it is established the sensitivity formula between the elevator structure parameter and the response of the elevator vibration. According to the analysis of the structure parameter sensitivity, the structure parameter is obtained, and taken as the optimization variable in the course of the optimization. The Objective function is the mean square root of the vibration acceleration. The Complex method is used in the course of the elevator structure optimization. Finally, the maximal acceleration amplitude is reduced 60% after the optimization. It improves the elevator characteristic greatly.
