Optimize the Wind -Hydro Combined Operating Hydropower System of the Therma

摘要：

Because wind power has the characteristics of random and intermittent, large-scale wind power to the traditional power dispatching brought new problems. Wind Resource and Water Resources have a natural complementary characteristics, the goal of maximizing the use of wind power, the establishment of a joint operating model for the short term. To build a joint operation with wind power system for small hydro power grid simulation, verification of the joint operation to meet the electricity load requirements, that is also shown that wind power and hydropower are to maximize the joint operating system development and utilization of wind energy resources in an effective way, with considerable economic and environmental benefits.
