Measurement model of residual stress in laser cladding
In FEM of residual stress in thick laser cladding, the true value is necessary to correct simulation model, but organize in laser cladding is rapid directional solidification which not satisfied with the requirement of isotropy in conventional residual stress measurement. In this paper, a new measurement model of residual stress is established based on superposition theory of material mechanics and elasticity. Expressions are inferred based on reverse deduce. According to the test results, this measurement model can effectively project residual stress in thick cladding.
