Water resources system dynamics characteristics of the affected zone along the lower Yellow River

By the case of groundwater system of the affected zone along the lower Yellow River, the paper introduces dynamics characteristics analysis method of groundwater system, mean while, calculate its dynamic characteristics as follow: Hurst index is 0.91~0.97, the Kolmogorov entropy is 0.054 ~ 0.081, the largest Lyapunov exponent is greater than zero, and the fractal dimension is 2.50~3.36. The results proves that the chaos characteristic have participate in subsystems of groundwater system of the affected zone along the lower Yellow River, Hurst index characterization of the system and the degree of openness to outside interference, then fractal dimension describes the nonlinear systems complexity.
