Selection of Ginkgo biloba Crossbreeding Progeny F1 by Cluster Analysis

In order to explore the feasibility of Ginkgo biloba. cross breeding, select excellent leaf-harvesting Ginkgo families for breeding, this article studied on medical quality indexes of crossbreeding progeny of one-year-old controlled-pollination Ginkgo biloba L. hybrid progeny.The flavnoids content and terpene lactones content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography .The result showed that there were significant differences in total flavonoids content, total terpene lactones content, individual plant leaves biomass and individual plant effective economic yield among different families. Initially, we screened out 8 excellent leaf-harvesting Ginkgo families by clustering analysis.
