Scientific and Technological Innovation Capability Evaluation of Universities Based on Niche Ecostate-ecorole Theory and DEA Model

The rational evaluation of universities scientific and technological innovation capacity is not only the need for their scientific development but also the important theoretical basis of input decisions for educational, scientific and technological management departments. This article sets up the evaluation model through the organic combination of niche ecostate-ecorole theory and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), works on the case study, calculates the relative innovation capacity level of 14 universities, and discusses the development strategies of universities in different niche.
