Optimal Path Planning in Emergency Rescue Based on GIS and Improved Genetic Algorithm
To meet the requirements of urban emergency rescue, this paper presents in detail the optimal path planning in emergency rescue based on GIS and improved genetic algorithm. Spatial data and attribute data are acquired with GIS technology, optimal path is solved with improved genetic algorithm, and a great number of invalid paths and the phenomenon of prematurity generated in the implementation of conventional genetic algorithm are avoided. Experiments showed that the optimal path planning with improved genetic algorithm can improve the algorithm efficiency and provide effective services in emergency rescue.
