Segmentation of Coronary Vessel Based on Hessian Live Wire Algorithm
In this paper, a novel algorithm is proposed to extract the coronary vessel. This algorithm is a combination between live wire algorithm and the Hessian-based filter. Out work is to show that the traditional live wire algorithm is not suitable for this case. At last, computer simulation is used to show that our approach is more robust and effective to extract the coronary vessel than the traditional live wire algorithm.
