Relative Effectiveness Analysis to Systems Based on the Super-Efficient Mixed DEA Cluster Model
Relative effectiveness is a key indicator determining the system operating efficiency. In this paper, based on the theory of traditional DEA, we built a superefficient mixed DEA model, which, together with the optimal partition, builds the super-efficient mixed DEA cluster model. This model can simultaneously deal with those evaluation indicators meeting the cone and that does not meet the cone, by removing the decision-making units of self-constraints, we obtain the absolute sorting of index for the relative efficiency of decision making units, and also solve problems like that many decision-making units are judged to be relatively effective as the result of excessive evaluation index, that results evaluation model in failure.
