A new computational method for compound KdV equation
Computational method based on a linearized implicit scheme is proposed for the solution of the compound KdV(CKdV) equation. An important advantage to be gained from the linearized implicit method is unconditionally stable. Numerical results portraying a single line-soliton solution and the interaction of two-line solitions are reported for CKdV equation. They show that the method has good stability and accuracy.
