Fuzzy Control on Flutter of 2d Airfoil Section with Freeplay
In this paper, the fuzzy logic control strategy is examined in order to suppress flutter of airfoil section with freeplay. The equations of motion of airfoil section with freeplay are built, and the aerodynamic load is calculated based on Theodorsen theory. The influence of freeplay on flutter speed is investigated. Fuzzy control strategy is designed for two input and one output system, control law is built. Under matlab/simulink circumstances, the simulation result show, the fuzzy control strategy can suppress and stabilize the nonlinear LCO effectively.
