An Game Theory Analysis of Combination of Business Incubators and Venture Capitalists

摘要：

This paper first introduces the development status of Chinese business incubators and explains the integration necessity of business incubators and venture capitalists. After that, the paper establishes a trilateral game model of business incubator, venture capitalist, and entrepreneur. It characterizes their market equilibrium and optimal choices. The paper also analyzes the moral hazard problems among three parts. Final, the paper gives out some effective ways to solve the problems.
