The Temperature Approximate Analysis on the Heat-Fluid-Solid Coupling Field of Barrel Based on Kriging Model

In allusion to the heat-fluid-solid coupling field of a certain kind of barrel, the Kriging approximation calculation model of the barrel temperature field, which uses the orthogonal experimental design technology to collect samples, is built up with the Kriging structure approximate modeling technology, and the large sampling test is carried out. The test results show that the temperature Kriging model of the barrel has a high precision, and it can be employed to substitute the complex and time-consuming FEA calculation in the optimization design of the temperature of the heat-fluid-solid coupling field of a barrel. The analysis method adopted here can be used in a barrel optimization design and provides important references for other complex system optimization design.
