Study on Biaxial Fatigue life test and FEA Analysis of the Steel Wheel

摘要：

Based on the actual steel wheel biaxial fatigue bench test, the FEA model of the steel wheels biaxial fatigue test was established. The wheel fatigue regions got in biaxial fatigue test matched the actual test results well. The works established a foundation for further study on wheel fatigue use biaxial test and provided a basis for the steel wheels design and manufacture, which also can enhance the products reliability and improve the products competitiveness in the market.
