How to Increase the Supplier Profits under the VMI Model

摘要：

As a kind of new supply chain inventory management model, the supplier helps the retail merchant implement the inventory management, has broken the traditional model of division of vertical and doing things their own way and taking systematized, the integrated thought as the instruction. This article analyses the change of the supplier profit and the condition of the supplier profit increase under the VM1 model using economic and the inventory management theories.
