A Novel Multi-Hops Localization Algorithm with Self-Adjustable for WSN

In this paper, it proposed a novel multi-hops localization algorithm based on virtual force on the basis of DV-Hop. The number of anchor information accepted by unknown node is used as a parameter of the force calculating which makes the unknown node be of self-adjustable. The proposed algorithm inherits the advantage of DV-Hop. Optimizing the network distribution by self-adjustable, the correction is more reasonable. In this paper, the key technology of this algorithm pointed out. Simulation result shows that it can significantly improve the localization accuracy and the coverage ratio of sensing region.
