SOPC Implementation of Tierl coding and Codestream organization for JPEG2000

摘要：

The C programs for JPEG2000 tierl coding and codestream organization are designed and the JPEG2000 image file of the jpc format is produced. The SOPC system based on Alteras Niosll standard CPU is built. The uclinux operating system is tailored and the file system of uclinux and the C programs for tilerl coding and codestream organization are ported to the SOPC system. The SOPC system is synthesized to Alteras Cyclonell FPGA, and the test result shows that the SOPC system presented in this paper is correct.
