Study Military Command and Control System as Complex Networks
In this paper we present an empirical analysis of complex networks in the command and control system. Here we study a kind of C3I system and its t?o improved models. Using the software Pajek, we get the decree, the degree distribution, the shortest path length, the clustering coeffcient,, the betweenness centrality and the clustering coeffcient-degree relations of the networks. We find that the C31 system is characterized with scale-free, small-world and also has a signature of hierarchy. How to enhance the system effectiveness and the attack-resistance capability is also discussed in this paper.
