Based on Psychological Contract Perspective of Easing up Knowledge Workers Pressure Strategy
Knowledge workers are the core strength of enterprise human resources, and they are the key which decided sustainable capacity of competition for the organization, it is an important issue in the field of modern intellectual capital and knowledge management that how to find out the strategy of alleviating the pressure matching staffs under the staffs psychological contract perspective, according to the environment and the characteristics of knowledge workers, in order to promote their ability of innovating brought into play. This thesis researches about the strategy of alleviating the pressure of knowledge workers under the staffs psychological contract perspective.
