Robust Adaptive Sliding-Mode Control for a Class of Nonlinear Uncertain Time-Delay Systems
This paper presents a new robust adaptive sliding mode control scheme for a class of nonlinear uncertain time delay systems. By using a synthetic performance index, stable sliding manifold and memoryless robust adaptive sliding mode controller are designed to stabilize the closed-loop systems. Compared with the traditional sliding control approaches, the proposed scheme considers the reaching phase and sliding motion phase as a whole, which can simplify the design of con troller and reduce the chattering. Furthermore, the feasibility for the proposed controller is studied and some intuitionistic feasibility criterions are given. Simulation results illustrate the obtained results.
