A talent markets analysis method based on data mining
In view of the problems of mass information and the structural imbalance of supply and demand in talent markets, an analysis method of talent market is proposed based on data mining theory. Multitudinous online recruitment information of job market is collected. Databases and multidimensional data sets are established. Constructing employment fact table and dimension table of a star model, data mining and results analysis are carried out. Example shows that data mining results can intuitively provide effective decision support for employers, graduates and university.
