Discussion of Some Problems on Safety Development and Safety Science

摘要：

The significance of achieving safety development is very important. According to the analysis of cognitive process of safety and the discussion about the relation of people oriented and safety development, safety science and safety development, we can think that the safety development idea is forming gradually with the progress of human civilization and the precondition of safety development is to meet instinctive needs and basic requirements of human. Safety development is concretely embodiment of people oriented core values. The safety science is the foundation and the technical support of safety development. Some important problems that need to be noticed in the course of achieving safety development are also discussed.
