Study on Evolutionary Law of Occupational Safety

摘要：

In order to control accidents and research on accident law, based on safety theory and value engineering, by safety economics and statistics, safety cumulative utility model is established. Occupational safety development track of Japan, America, U.K., Canada, Australia and India has been researched on. The model has been verified by their statistical data of past tens years. The theory model is preferably fit to statistical data. The model can reflect occupational safety situation and evolutionary law with economy developing. Evolutionary law of occupational safety shows a hump curve. This is a same law for every country. But in different country hump data is different and hump period is different. To get safety input coefficient and safety input index to be increased, future evolutionary curve of occupational safety will be positively influenced.
