Econometric Analysis on Relativity Between Economic Structure and Accident Risks

摘要：

Accident risks take on obvious variance in different industries. Thus it is significant to analyze effect of economic structure on accident risks for exploring evolvement characteristics of accident risks on national level. This paper studies effect of economic structure on accident risks by methods of econometric technique, using statistic data during 1979-2008, in China. Results show that there exists certain relationship between economic structure and accident risks, different industry has various effects on different kinds of accident risks. Secondary industry is notable factor influencing occupational accident risks, while service industry has influence on traffic accidents and fire risks.
