Evaluation of Potential Accident and Emergency Management Based on FAHP

摘要：

The safely evaluation of potential accidents and emergency management capability in risk industries can improve the overall level of potential accidents and emergency management capability. In this paper, the status of evaluation of potential accidents and emergency management capacity at domestic and at abroad were analyzed. The general idea of evaluation system for potential accidents and emergency management capacity was put forward through the introduction of potential accidents and emergency management capability and its evaluation requirements. An evaluation Model based on AHP and FAHP is presented and evaluation method is initially established for potential accidents and emergency management capability.
