Study on the Prevention of Mine Disaster Based on Self-Organized Criticality Theory
Power rate is fingerprint of system with the character of self-organized criticality (SOC), which reflects the fractal character of complex system. Analyzed the relation of frequency -scale in coal mine disasters and the disasters caused by gas, study found that the relationship between the scale and frequency of people dead in mine disaster is logN= 4.13686-1.558141ogX, that of dead people caused by gas in mine disaster is logN=3.60319-1.25201 logX, so power rate showed the character of SOC in mine disaster. As a new world outlook and methodology, SOC theory has provided new ideas and research directions for deep study on the mine disasters. Based on SOC, we proposed the new ideas—the early warning of mine disaster and the prevention of mine disaster. This method is a new research in mine disaster theory,and it is favorable for the effective prevention and control of mine disaster.
