Variable Fuzzy Assessment Method and Its Application in the Evaluation of Chemical Industry Park Emergency Response Capability
Emergency response capability is an important index during the construction of Chemical Industry Park. The emergency response capability evaluation index system is established based on the characteristics of Chemical Industry Park and the requirements of emergency laws in domestics. In view of the fact, this index system is characterized by the complicated hierarchy structure and multiple index attributes, the variable fuzzy assessment method is used to evaluate the Chemical Industry Park emergency response capability comprehensively. The proposed method is applied to assess a certain Chemical Industry Park of Dalian city. Variable fuzzy sets methods are based on variable fuzzy sets theory. In the paper, a relative difference function is introduced to get the subordinate function by varying the model and its parameters. The result indicates that this method used is feasible and rational. The work specified in this paper can be as reference to the assessment work of the Chemical Industry Park in domestics.
