Safety Assessment of Mansion Demolition Blasting

According to the actual situation of the mansion, the demolition blasting engineering is divided to three parts: before, in and after the demolition blasting. The hazard and risk factors were analyzed and evaluated using the means of Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Task Hazard Analysis(THA) in the three parts. Based on the analysis and assessment results, the safety measures of eliminate an control the hazard and risk factors were proposed before, in and after the demolition blasting, and the emergency response plan was proposed in terms of emergency response administration, demolition blasting safety vigilance, the management of explosive, initiating explosive devices, and the emergency disposal, etc. The requirements of engineering design and construction organization was also proposed. Safety assessment conclusions of mansion demolition blasting engineering have been given.
