Study of the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Chinas Urban Environmental Emergency Response Capability

With the speeding of the urban industrialization process, the negative consequences caused by environmental emergency events have brought a serious threat to peoples lives and property safety, so urban comprehensive evaluation of environmental emergency response capability has become an important issue. Combining with the actual situation of emergency management, the paper constructed urban environmental emergency response capability index system, and determined weights of the index system using the comprehensive weighting method based on subjective and objective weighting. Then the paper established a more scientific fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model pointing at the case of many indexes. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is applied in a city in northern China for evaluation, and the results show that the citys environmental emergency response capability is in the good rating.
