Hazards Evaluation Model of Methane Explosion Based on BP ANN
To overcome the disadvantages of traditional evaluation methods of gas explosion in coal mines, on the basis of the actualities in coal mines and the reasons for methane explosion, the actual hazard of methane explosion was evaluated from the intrinsic risk and risk offset factors. The risk offset factors involve system safety design, operator quality and safety management. The basic indexes system corresponding to above factors was confirmed according to gas explosion accidents and Mine Safety Rules Formulated by the State; the actual hazard evaluation model of gas explosion based on BP ANN was established; and its accuracy was verified by other accident cases. The application results indicated that the indexes system and the risk assessment model were both reasonable.
