Coal and Gas Outburst Pre-warning Technology Based on GIS
On account of the coal mine demand for the geographical information system, this paper defines connotation of coal and gas outburst pre-warning theory, which involves pre-warning theory, coal and gas outburst prediction technology and safety system engineering. Then, it put forward the pre-warning work logic which includes five steps: cleaR&Define the warning meanings; seek for warning sources; analyse the warning signs; forecast the warning degrees; eliminate the hidden dangers. Relying on the analysis of pre-warning function based on geographical information system, this paper provides the standard process to realize the pre-warning based on GIS. On the ground of the former research, this paper provides referential methods to develop disaster pre-warning system which related closely to geographical location. Finally, this research tests the pre-warning effect in experimental mine based on GIS. It proves that the research achievement is scientific and practical in practice.
