Study on Assessment of Enterprise Emergency Capability
Presently, most investigations of the emergency capability only focus on the amount of emergency resources, while the correspondence with risks and emergency capability arent involved in depth. In this paper, firstly, we give a detailed classification about risk classification of enterprise disasters and accidents. Secondly, the basic frame of emergency capability estimating systems are analyzed and then determined. Furthermore, the factor weight is determined via the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally, we employ a comprehensive evaluation method to assess the emergency capability, mark the score of indexes correspondence with risk classification and compare with the factor weight, so as to survey the consistency between risk classification and emergency capability.
