Testing and Analysis on Perpformance of PSA Filter Media Used for Bag Filter
(0) APSA fibre is Chinas own intellectual property rights of the new type of fiber. Because of its better temperature and thermal stability, it has broad prospects in the field of high temperature filtration. The applicability of PSA fiber filter media in the bag filter is studied in this paper. Filter medias characteristics that affect the performance of the bag filter include collection efficiency, resistance coefficient, permeating rates and porosity. In the paper above parameters of two kinds PSA filter media are tested and the technical features are analyzed. Test results show that PSA filter media meet the requests of the bag filter in the respect of collection efficiency, air permeability, resistance coefficient and porosity.
